Cir. Jan. 19, 2012)(unpublished). Acorn
succeed in defending itself against a meritless copyright infringement
litigation, winning motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff pointed to Acorn’s overzealousness
and refusal to settle, the Court rejected the objections, affirming the lower
court’s award of attorneys fees to Acorn.
