The Arts, Communication, Entertainment and Sports Section of the State Bar of Michigan will present this program, which also is sponsored by the Jewish Bar Association of Michigan, Copyright Society of the USA and WSU's Cohn-Haddow Center for Judaic Studies.
Keynote speaker attorney Raymond J. Dowd will discuss the story behind Nazi looted art, through forced and coerced transfers, and the ethical and legal expectations of its return to its lawful owners. Dowd is a partner in the law firm of Dunnington Bartholow & Miller LLP in New York City.
Moderater will be Howard Lupovitch, associate professor of history and director of the Cohn-Haddow Center for Judaic Studies.

Cost for students is $5 in advance and $7.50 at the door. Cost for the general public is $10 in advance and $12.50 at the door. The event is free for Holocaust Center members.
