The SDNY’s Criminal Law Section together with Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law’s Center for Public Service Law will facilitate An Interactive Discussion in which Experienced Practitioners and Law Professors in criminal law and criminal procedure will offer their views on the Grand Jury Practice Involving Police Officers and the Deaths of Unarmed Civilians. Panelists will discuss Historical Trends in Indicting Police Officers and State and Federal Reforms.
