Cravath Partners and Columbia Law Feature Copyright Litigation Handbook In Innovative Copyright Dispute Course
My attorney editor Elizabeth Stull has published a wonderful post here on the Legal Solutions Blog about the Columbia Copyright Dispute Resolution Externship at Columbia Law School and how the professors enjoy using my Copyright Litigation Handbook as a teaching tool.
Cravath partner David Marriott said that Copyright Litigation Handbook is "a very helpful guide to the practical, and very useful."
When I wrote Copyright Litigation Handbook, my hope and vision was that a busy legal practitioner would be able to keep one small book within easy reach for quick consultation, whether in an office, a conference room, or in a courtroom. When trying a copyright case before Judge Denny Chin in the Southern District of New York, I found that I needed to quickly pull out rules and cases on procedural and evidentiary points and that there was no place to find the information.
I am gratified to see that Copyright Litigation Handbook is working well for the instructors and students of Columbia Law School. If your law school or alma mater would like to use Copyright Litigation Handbook, please don't hesitate to give me a call.
Please visit Elizabeth's full post here. Thanks to David for the kind words!
