The South Florida Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, in cooperation with the Intellectual Property Law and Federal Litigation Sections of the Federal Bar Association, is launching the first annual FBA Art Law and Litigation Conference on Wednesday, November 30.
Gain insights from a unique perspective as top art law litigators from around the country join with respected art fair executive directors and the artists themselves. This full day of CLE programming offers sessions on a variety of art-related legal topics, as well as keynote addresses presented by Judge Gerald E. Rosen of the
Eastern District of Michigan and Chief Judge Loretta A. Preska of the Southern District of New York.
Taking place in Miami just prior to the opening of famed Art Basel Miami Beach and approximately 20 other contemporary art fairs, you will be immersed in the world’s largest collective contemporary art fair—where top dealers, collectors, celebrities, and art journalists convene. It is Miami’s busiest, most celebrated, and fun week of the year!
