It is wrong, but don’t expect anything to change. Judges and experienced lawyers like it this way. It is a type of legal Darwinism. You wrote that the lawyer may loose his house or license to practice. A portion of the profession thinks this weeds out the incompetent. <br /><br />Don’t expect justice from a court. It is little more than a con game. If your dispute is about money, forget about it and go make more. If your dispute involves personal disrespect, call the local equivalent of ‘Tony Soprano’, or just do it yourself.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
